You may return 
any new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item purchased with the exception of the shipping cost. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Each item must be returned in their original package and have all the tags and instruction labels still attached to the garment. A flat fee of 39USD to cover each shipping and handling cost incurred will be taken off the refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return or exchange an item, please
submit a request through our Return Center. We will respond quickly (please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be some restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, the delivery date is estimated to be about 3 to 7 business days using our free shipping method. The handling of your order in our office is about 1 to 2 business days and the shipping time could be from 2 to 5 business days, depending where you live. 

If you pick our payed priority shipping option, you can expect to receive your order in 1 to 3 business days.
