Here are some important recommendations for using your battery: avoid leaving the battery connected to the charger for several days to prevent gas buildup in the battery cells. Charge the battery after each use, for example, at the end of the day, and do not let it fully discharge before recharging. Do not restart the jacket when the battery is empty to avoid completely draining it. It is recommended to disconnect the battery from the garment and fully recharge it before storing. After three to four months, it is advised to recharge it again to maintain its capacity.

All ewool batteries are TSA-friendly. Please remember that, like laptops and camera batteries, all ewool batteries are lithium-polymer and must be carried in your carry-on luggage.

Yes, regarding the 18W slim USB-C battery for charging your phone. However, as for the 70W battery for the Pro+ vest, as well as the 22W battery for the heated Glove-Liners and the Sock-Covers, this option is not possible.

Ewool batteries are specially designed to be compatible with other ewool products. If you own heating clothing from another brand, check with their seller to see if other batteries can be used with their clothing.
