You are most likely living far away from one of our stores. We do not want this to stop you from owning an ewool heated vest. That is why we offer free shipping on all orders purchased in Canada, USA and Europe.
We know evaluating the perfect size is difficult until you actually try it on yourself. Once you receive your order, if the size does not fit you, we will exchange it right away within 30 days of your purchase.
We want your purchase to be right. If the size does not fit you, or if you simply want to return the product, we give you a 30 day return window.

Your battery life depends on the use you will make of the vest. To choose the one that fits your needs, first consider the context in which you'll use it. Also, keep in mind each battery lasts about 3 hours, with regular use (when the logo on the temperature control button is white). Intensive use (when the logo on the temperature control button is red) will reduce battery life by half, because of the increased power needed.
No battery included. To activate your ewool® PRO Heated Vest, you'll need an external power source – e.g. a snowmobile or a motorcycle. The provided heat will be the same as if you were using a battery.
This kit comes with a battery and charger and is suitable for day-to-day use. Your ewool® PRO Heated Vest is useful for spending a few hours outside, walking or doing sports.
This kit comes with two batteries, a power splitter (to rig the batteries together) and a charger. It's perfect for workers. You can use your ewool® PRO Heated Vest when you spend long hours outside, every day.
Our external power sources are ideal for generating heat from your vest, without batteries or to save your battery power. Just connect your vest to generate heat – regardless of the time of use – in a perfectly safe way.
The ewool® 12V Power Outlet Adapter lets you safely connect your ewool® PRO Heated Vest to the 12V power supply of your vehicle. If it’s equipped with a 12V port, you can use the ewool® 12V Power Outlet Adapter to plug in your ewool® PRO Heated Vest. This way, you won't have any time of use restrictions. Also, a built-in safety fuse protects against surges.
The ewool® Motorized Vehicle Battery Harness lets you safely connect your ewool® PRO Heated Vest to the 12V battery of your motorcycle or snowmobile, your boat or other type of vehicle. The built-in safety fuse protects against surges, so you're sure to be safe on the ride, for as long as you need.
When it’s turned all the way up, the ewool PRO+ delivers up to 51W of torso warming power in just 3 seconds. That’s over 20% more heat than our PRO Vest and 7 times more than any of our competitors. Plus, larger heating elements in the front and back and new elements in the lumbar region means more coverage - so you’re warmer than ever.
The PRO+ comes with a powerful 70W flat battery that can power you through any activity. Plus, it features an expandable battery pocket designed to fit our double battery kit which delivers up to 14 hours of continuous heat.
